Karen Lamb has worked at theatres around the U.S. including the Dallas/Fort Worth theatres of Undermain, The Dallas Theatre Center, 11th Street, Stage West, Circle Theatre; The National Playwrights Conference in Waterford, CT; New York’s Manhattan Theatre Club, Lincoln Center, and Fishbowl; and outside the US at La Mama Umbria(Italy) and Toi Whakarri(NZ). Here in North Carolina, Karen recently directed the highly acclaimed hits “The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife” and “Bug” for Actors Theatre of Charlotte and at Barebones Theatre she twice portrayed the ruthless and outrageous Mrs. Forest in Psycho Beach Party, for which, she received an MTA Best Supporting Actress nomination. Also a commercial and voice-over talent, she has numerous credits to her name including spots for Exon, Radio Shack, and Kroger. Karen Lamb brings energy, talent, and drive to our agency as our Instructor of On-Camera Acting and Improvisation. |
